How to enjoy:: SELF-CARE WEEKLY ROUTINE 1
Begin your week with a self care moment by applying a small amount of the it takes two gel exfoliator to your face, massaging it gently in upward, circular motions for 1-2 minutes.

Focus on thoughts of gratitude or reflection, while gently focusing on dry or rough Patches across your face and decolletage, being careful to not apply excessive Pressure to prevent skin irritation, and avoid the delicate eye area.

Leave the exfoliant* on while you continue your Weekly self care ritual with the RESET AND REVITALISE HYDROGEL SHEET MASK By gently removing the mask from the packaging and discarding the protective film Layer. Place the mask on your forehead first, ensuring it adheres firmly and adjusting the tension fit cuts to suit the contours of your face. Then, apply the rest of the mask to the lower part of your face.

Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes, and take a mindful moment during this time to meditate or pause with a cup of tea, wine, or anything else your heart desires before carefully removing the mask and either massaging or delicately tapping your face with your fingertips to absorb any remaining serum.

Create a new self-care ritual each day by starting with a moment of pause and self love and applying a small amount of the MORNING A.C.E SERUM to your freshly cleansed face.

Follow the serum with the SOOTHY AND SMOOTHE HYDROGEL SHEET MASK to support skin hydration and plumpness, while soothing and visibly reducing redness, by gently removing the mask from the packaging and discarding the protective film layer.
